Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide personalized product recommendations based on customers' preferences and budget.
• Maintain a clean and presentable showroom, ensuring furniture displays are visually appealing.
• Stay up-to-date with current furniture trends and product knowledge.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in the furniture or home décor industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service ability, with a focus on building lasting relationships.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Knowledge of furniture styles, materials, and construction.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other sales and inventory software.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
