Retail Store Manager Assistant assists the store manager with day-to-day operations of a retail store. Ensures customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient. Being a Retail Store Manager Assistant requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to Retail Store Manager. The Retail Store Manager Assistant supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. Our Slumberland location in Thief River Falls, MN is currently hiring for a Store Manager! Qualifications for a Successful Store Manager:
A Bachelor's Degree preferred and 2-4 years management experience is required. Previous Retail Management experience is preferred. Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
