PAY RANGE: $60,000-$65,000

ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Retail Store Manager is accountable for all aspects of store performance and works collaboratively with team members at all levels to complete the following responsibilities –

WHAT THE TEAM NEEDS FROM YOU

• Create an excellent customer experience and exceed customer expectations
• Plan and prepare work schedules and assign employees to specific duties
• Hire, train and manage a high performing and customer service-oriented sales team
• Guide and implement visual merchandising of all product in collaboration with Buying team
• Supervise employees engaged in sales work, taking of inventories, reconciling cash with sales receipts, keeping operating records, and prepare daily record of transactions for accounting
• Work closely and collegially with corporate staff, vendors and external support staff

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• A minimum of 2 years Retail Store Management in soft goods
• Ability to collaborate with team and share expertise
• Basic computer knowledge - Familiarity with Point of Sales systems, credit card operations, and social media a plus
• Strive to continuously build knowledge and skills
• Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations effectively in a win-win manner
• Willingness to respond promptly to customer needs and solicit customer feedback to improve service
• Provide and welcome feedback

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

• Associate (Preferred)
