Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Assist with stock replenishment and maintaining a neat and organized sales floor
- Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or electronic systems
- Promote sales by offering additional products or services
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and sales events
- Handle customer complaints or inquiries in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of jewelry or electronics sales is a plus
- Proficient in operating cash registers and handling monetary transactions
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
- Multilingual skills are an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 30 per week
