Ensures all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability. Additionally, Retail Store Manager - Museum forecasts staffing needs and develops a recruiting strategy to provide optimal staffing in all areas. May require a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Lead and directs the work of others. Typically reports to Retail Store Manager, Sr. The Retail Store Manager - Museum supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes.
