Retail Store Manager - Museum plans and directs the day-to-day operations of a retail store within a museum. Develops strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability. Being a Retail Store Manager - Museum ensures customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient. Ensures all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability. Job Category Retail Position Summary Responsible for every aspect of the store operation, which includes: selecting, coaching and developing store teammates as well as merchandising, advertising and promotion of products and services.
