Retail Store Manager, Sr. - Museum jobs in Bremerton, WA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate / Manager to join our team at Wildernest on Bainbridge Island. As a Sales Associate / Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in many areas and helping to create and maintain a healthy, efficient work family. Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, providing them with product information and assistance, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns

- Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process customer transactions accurately
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash register balances
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking and straightening merchandise
- Assist with inventory management, including helping to receive and prepare new and existing merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to create a fun and supportive work environment

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required

Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Sales knowledge is a plus

- Website management is a plus

- Strong work ethic
