Our store located in the Mall of New Hampshire is looking for a Full-Time Store Manager.

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about retail and has strong leadership skills. The Store Manager's responsibilities include but are not limited to such functions as: scheduling, hiring, training, inventory control, achieving sales targets and ensuring a positive team atmosphere is maintained at all times.

Duties

• Supervise, train and assist employees like Keyholders and Cashiers in customer service, store maintenance and product promotions.
• Develop and maintain a schedule for employees.
• Suggest promotions to District Manager centered on holiday sales and other cycles.
• Seek ways to better promote the store, the product line and service within the store.
• Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, implement purchasing plans and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals.
• Implement cross-training of employees to maintain productivity at all times.
• Manage all controllable costs with a view to maintaining profitability.
• Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times.
• Hire and train as needed to ensure adequate personnel is on hand to provide outstanding customer service.

Qualifications
- Minimum two years experience in management or supervisory role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of retail math and sales techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
