Reporting to the VP of Retail the Director of Store Operations is responsible for the development and execution of all Retail Operations business strategies and people. A business partner with the ability to effectively drive business growth.
Responsibility |
· Lead the company management teams, ensuring best in class execution of all related programs, growing fuel volumes, and associated non-fuel revenues. |
· Works with VP of Retail and Director of Operations Support as well as all support teams, to determine and communicate retail strategic plans within the organization. |
· Leadership and development of a large team consisting of Reginal Operations Managers, District Manager and Store Managers with a focus on meeting and exceeding business and personal goals and objectives. |
· Work with HSE Department towards effective stewardship as it relates to the day-to-day operations of Parkland facilities and our teams in the field. |
· Analysis of KPIs and other metrics related to business process improvement. |
· Analyzes and monitors implemented changes to business processes and adjusts as needed. |
· Collaborates with cross functional teams on projects and enhancements. |
· Motivates and leads a high-performance management team. Provides leadership, management, mentoring and coaching to Retail team. |
