    Position Overview:
    Mercurys Coffee Co. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Operations Director to oversee the strategic direction and daily operations of our retail locations. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, a deep understanding of retail operations, and a proven track record of driving business growth while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

    Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives and drive retail growth. Collaborate with executive leadership to align retail operations with overall company goals.
    • Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of retail operations, including but not limited to staffing, inventory management, product quality control, and customer service standards. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of managers and staff. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Financial Management: Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective cost management, sales forecasting, and budget oversight. Analyze financial performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Customer Experience: Champion a culture of exceptional customer service and hospitality across all retail locations. Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
    • Quality Assurance: Uphold the company's commitment to quality by ensuring consistency in product offerings, adherence to food safety standards, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
    • 5 years of progressive experience in retail operations management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
    • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve performance goals.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
    • Knowledge of coffee industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor landscape is a plus.
    • Flexibility to travel to various locations as needed.
