Retail Store Operations Director jobs in Tampa, FL

PAINT Lakeland’s part-time Assistant Director of Store Operations will support all areas of the business including but not limited to:

• Exceed client expectations as the ultimate host and build relationships with clients to ensure retention.
• Collaborate with the Owner and Director of Store Operations (DSO) to improve staff development and help to build a positive culture.
• Operational duties: opening/closing salon, client transactions, appointment bookings (experience with booking software not required), phone/email communications, beverage service, salon maintenance, inventory/supply management and retail sales.
• Support organization of marketing, social media, and influencer channels.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing various events, trunk shows, business partnerships both in and out of the salon regularly throughout the year.
• Partner and collaborate with the Owner and DSO in building a unique experience.

• Previous salon or beauty industry experience NOT required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
