As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and demonstrate product features to customers
- Assist customers with their purchases, including processing transactions through the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively promote and sell products
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a regular basis

Qualifications:
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- in English and Spanish is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in operating POS systems
- Knowledge of stock management procedures
- Strong cash handling skills
- Experience in technology sales, electronics sales, or wireless sales is desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
