Retail Store Operations Executive jobs in Mobile, AL

We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to join our team! Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store is a must. We are looking for a positive attitude and a desire to work in a fun fast-paced environment. Ultimately, we are looking for someone who can help us ensure that each customer has the best experience possible while in our store.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Answer customers’ questions
• Ensure racks are fully stocked
• Manage returns of merchandise
• Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (Required)
