Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, achieving sales goals, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet revenue targets

Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

- Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably as an Assistant Manager or higher
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in budgeting labor hours and scheduling staff
- Experience in merchandising and display building
