As a Retail Store Manager (RSM), youll work side by side with your local team and corporate support in an ever-evolving sales environment. Youll make connections with teammates, build relationships with your customers, learn about new wireless and internet technologies, and lead your team to excellence.

• High School or GED completion required
• Basic knowledge of computers and mobile phones/devices.
• Experience managing in a wireless retail environment

What your day-to-day looks like:

• Providing helpful, personal, and guided assistance to Customers and Teammates
• Securing excellence in full operations of the store including maintaining inventory, staffing, coaching and performance
• Being a leader for your team to lean on for sales consults and assisting customers to meet their needs
• Ensuring team progression and results through coaching and accountability
• Setting expectations by translating direction from leadership to local team
• Maintaining store appearance, back room, and working areas
