Pool and/or Spa knowledge is a plus, but not required. An individual who is a great fit with the team and for the open position will be trained and supported to learn the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and increase profitability.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and market competition to make informed business decisions.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Manage cash register operations and ensure accuracy in cash handling.
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions and track inventory.
Skills:
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for retail sales transactions.
- Organizational skills to maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and employee schedules.
