    Accountabilities:

    As a member of the Integrated Business Planning team, you will engage and lead cross-functional teams to drive enterprise-wide initiatives within the Oncology Business Unit (OBU). This newly crafted role will use your talents to think boldly about prioritized business initiatives, our future state, and build plans to enable it. This position will also require you to work with partners across Global, Regions, Markets, and IBTs to craft and complete our coordinated business strategy.

    • Support standardizing and elevating the OBU contribution at Ph3ID through our Global Franchise, Strategy Access & Business Transformation, and Global Diagnostics teams
    • Support evolution of Market Shaping process for eligible patients to rapidly benefit at launch
    • IBT Operation Lead:
      • Lead engagement with IBT Project Managers to ensure timely understanding of critical business results and understanding of IBT needs for support and development
      • Support the evolution of the IBT Operating Model, Charter, Scorecard to ensure consistent business activities in the development of Market Shaping, Launch Excellence, and Business & Financial Planning

    • Lead ground-breaking initiatives with strong input from cross-functional input across collaborators within Global, Region and Market footprint
    • Enable change through effective communication and coalition-building
    • Collaborate with function leaders, members of OBU LT, and other key partners to assure continuous alignment of priorities
    • Identifying obstacles and roadblocks; solve sophisticated problems and provide confirmed and novel solutions
    • Additional duties as assigned

    Essential Skills/Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical or related business
    • Marketing experience in Global, Regional, and/or local market roles
    • Solid understanding of end-to-end commercialization process (from late-stage clinical development to life cycle management) at both global and in-market levels
    • Proven ability to drive projects forward to a successful conclusion in a matrix organization
    • Ability to develop a cross-functional team-oriented
    • Design thinking, customer-focused and agile attitude to co-create, design, and implement interventions to deliver value
    • Experience driving successful simplification, prioritization initiatives
    • Current, confirmed experience with successful commercial pharma launches

    Desirable Skills/Experience:

    • Advanced degree
    • Oncology experience
    • 10 years’ experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/MedTech or related business
    • Field Sales experience
    • Experience in leading teams
    • Confirmed ability to drive operational effectiveness or efficiency of teams through planning or streamlining processes and/or operating model improvement
    • Strong influence without authority skills
    • Ability to anticipate, innovate, conceptualize, and develop new impactful solutions
