Retail Store Planning and Construction Executive jobs in Everett, WA

This is an Executive/Personal assistant role in every sense. Must be a self starter, creative, highly organized, good at taking notes, have the ability to keep the office and workspace clean, be tech savvy with social media, know Adobe, Drive and Suite, QBO, amongst other programs. Navigate through Email quickly, type fast and be punctual.

• Duties include, but aren't limited too:
• Clean, organize, mop, wipe, vacuum daily/weekly
• Organize and file emails
• Maintain schedule for contractors
• Help with payroll
• Monitor Bank accounts and pay bills
• keep track/organize receipts
• Maintain and present weekly P&L reports
• Type, scan and email contracts
• Submit subcontractor draws
• Pick up lunch
• Monitor/pay personal bills
• run personal errands
• Design company signs, and apparel
• Help employer exercise good time management
• Keep Employer schedule
• Type out daily progression log
• Build cost sheets
• Build Schedules
• Build projects in QBO
• Minimal assistance with remote bookkeeper
• Spend 1/2 hr. a day learning QBO with employer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $84,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
