Requirements for Superintendent:
5 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent

Experience with ground-up construction and renovation of schools, judicial buildings, and other public projects
Willingness to be hands-on when necessary, working alongside the team
Self-starting and motivated individual capable of leading subcontractors and managing schedules
Ability to travel throughout Central Kentucky as needed
