We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to support our Executive Leaders in our Rock Hill headquarters. The ideal candidate will have 5-15 years of related experience and must be exceptionally organized, collaborative, proactive, and self-reliant.

• Executive Assistant will provide support to Executive Leaders in both a professional and personal capacity
• Complex calendar and meeting management
• Scheduling and coordination for various meetings, events, and speaking engagements
• Communication liaison between internal departments and Executive Leaders 
• Partner closely with other enterprise-wide executive assistants across the organization to plan and execute meetings, and other events
• Share office/facilities management responsibility with other administrative professionals in office
• Client relations (gifts, events, etc.)
• Travel coordination for demanding professional and personal schedule
• Records management and document control
• Ad hoc special projects and other Office Management as needed (including facilities management, vendor relations, mail sorting, etc.)
• Expense reporting using Concur
• Maintain high level of confidentiality, integrity, discretion and judgement
• Read, write, prepare correspondence, conduct research, interpret data, and proof documents
• Ability to present information professionally and proofread for spelling and grammar
• Build strong relationships and proactively collaborate with others

• 5-15 years of experience supporting a senior executive in both professional and personal endeavors
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
• Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Must be extremely organized and detail oriented
• Have excellent communication, both written and verbal
• Impeccable customer service skills and the desire to create “Raving Fans”
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with ever changing priorities and under tight deadlines
• Proactive, self-starter
• Ability to manage different personalities and interface with individuals at all levels
