• Prepare, load, and unload stock to be placed on mobile unit and in warehouse for the mobile concept business.
• Drive company box truck to onsite mobile client shopping events, overnight travel will be expected.
• Maintain proficiency with product knowledge, and technical, and operating standards through continuous learning.
• Conduct and supervise on-site mobile retail storefront for client shopping events.
• Provide in-store supervisor support during times when mobile events are not scheduled.
• Work with store leadership to plan mobile event resources.
• Organize products, maintain inventory and be comfortable completing sale transactions.

• Footwear selling experience.
• Retail footwear and/or wholesale experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Comfortable driving company box truck.
• Be 21 years or older.
• Clean or close to clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check.
• Lifting 50 pounds, bending/squatting to lace shoes, overhead lifting, twisting, climbing a ladder, standing for long periods of time.
• High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent work experience required), and one to three years relevant experience/training.
• Motivation to provide the highest level of customer service.
• Strategic thinking, planning, and problem solving.
• Team and collaboration orientation.
• Effective Written/Verbal Communication.
• Computer proficiency.
• Ability to overnight travel within the region approximately 5-6 times a year. 
• Adhere to all mobile operations as defined in each SOP.
