Retail Zone Manager manages multiple regional managers within a geographic region. Adjusts sales goals and procedures as appropriate for each manager and store based on goals set for the whole zone. Being a Retail Zone Manager designs and recommends regional sales and marketing promotions and sets short- and long-term retail sales strategies for the zone. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Retail Zone Manager typically reports to top management. The Retail Zone Manager manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Retail Zone Manager typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. Position Description Summary:
- The Zone Manager partners with the General Manager in the operation of store(s) through leadership managing, training, coaching, and mentoring fellow associates to deliver a first-class customer service experience in-store execution.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge in creating a personalized shopping experience
- Put the customer first at all times (internal and external)
- Be a best in first class service role model and champion by providing on the job training & guidance to sales associates consistent with company practices.
- Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team orientated environment, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to pass the Federal Criminal History Record Check and Paradies Lagardère Background Check.
- POS and Computer work, lifting (up to 40 lbs.), long standing periods, climbing, bending.
