                                                                           Stretch Zone Assistant General Manager

Job Duties:
Job summary
The practitioner’s role is to service the Stretch Zone client base with excellent customer service,
effective assisted stretching techniques and creation of a long term customer loyalty
environment.

Part of the duties required of a practitioner is to maintain and contribute to the culture of Stretch
Zone. We at Stretch Zone work as a team. All team members are expected to clean and maintain
the store. Everyone is expected to contribute. This culture is a foundation of Stretch Zone and
will contribute to the overall success of each location. This will help us provide the very best
service and atmosphere for all of our clients.
This is a non-exempt position.

Essential duties and responsibilities

• Maintain a personal commitment to meeting the needs of customers.
• Comply with the scheduling as directed by the General Manager, targeting 25 sessions
per week after initial training.
• Maintain a positive attitude at all times when working with clients.
• Dress professionally according to current dress code standards as highlighted in the
company handbook.
• Contribute to the team environment
• Other duties as assigned
• Clock-in and out as required in the handbook

Required knowledge skills and abilities:
• Must be able to manage time effectively
• Must be proficient in Stretch Zone techniques, process and procedures
• Must be able to effectively service and maintain client base

Compensation:
The Stretch Zone Assistant General Manager is an employee, as such, you are required to
complete all new hire paperwork before the start of training.

Payroll periods are as follows:
                    For all work completed from the 1st-15th of any month payroll will be distributed on the 25th of
                    the same month.
                    For all work completed from the 16th – end of the month, payroll will be distributed on the 10th
                    of the following month.

On Job Training Compensation:

You are required to complete a one-week training period where you will be taught the Stretch
Zone methodology and conducting practice stretches. Applicants will be paid $400 for the
training period.

Assistant General Manager Compensation:

                     A practitioner will be compensated in the following manner:

                            - They are to arrive and clock-in 5 minutes prior to their first scheduled client and clock out
                               whenever they have a break longer than 1 hour. They are to also clock out at the end of
                               every working day.
                            - After training, you will be assigned to a location and receive scheduling instructions from
                              your General Manager.
                            - There you will continue to train on the job with your GM and perfect your stretches.

Compensation Structure:

                  Assistant General Manager compensation is $12.00 per hour, $2.50 per 30 minute session and
                  $5.00 per 60 minute session.
• Commissions on package sales are not paid for in-house sales. If a practitioner is successful
in converting a guest or demo into a client, there is no sales commission paid, but the
practitioner will be assigned the client. This will increase earnings potential for the
practitioner.

• Sales commissions will only be paid to a practitioner on a self-generated lead, i.e. friends,
family, outside training or massage clients, professional contacts. These commissions will be paid at a rate of $20 per client brought in that commits to a package. The $20 dollars will be added on the following pay check.

• There are no benefits associated with this position at this time.

• In addition to the above pay structure, you will be compensated with 1% of the gross revenue
of the location in exchange for executing demos. This will be paid out semi monthly on every
pay check. In order to receive this commission you must work and execute demos on both
Saturday and Sunday. This means you must be available to work on the weekends.

• For every demo you will be compensated for the hour of time necessitated for the demo
equivalent to that of an hour of stretching. You will also be compensated in this manner for
demo no shows.
