Retail Zone Manager manages multiple regional managers within a geographic region. Adjusts sales goals and procedures as appropriate for each manager and store based on goals set for the whole zone. Being a Retail Zone Manager designs and recommends regional sales and marketing promotions and sets short- and long-term retail sales strategies for the zone. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Retail Zone Manager typically reports to top management. The Retail Zone Manager manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Retail Zone Manager typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.   • The Assistant General Managers role is to service the Stretch Zone client with excellent customer service, effective assisted stretching techniques and properly present packages. This is a sales-based position where the AGM will support the General Manager (GM) in selling stretch programs, and will also engage in stretching clients that have already purchased programs. The AGM will be responsible for running the studio and performing sales when the GM is not in the studio. The Assistant General Manager should maintain and contribute to the culture of Stretch Zone. As a pioneer in practitioner assisted stretching, Stretch Zone is seeking out individuals looking for growth within a fast growing company. If selected all trainees must pass a week of training where they will learn and test out on our modalities.

    Essential duties and responsibilities: 
    • Have working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies 
    • Ensure implementation of standard policies and procedures for business and financial management 
    • Well organized and self-directed team player
    • Successfully resolve client issues 
    • Maximize member retention 
    • Build relationships with customers for retention 
    • Responsible for the production of the studio when working 
    • Generating new leads for the store 
    • Following up with all missed sales and no shows
    • Effective listening skills necessary to elicit options and ideas in support of team relationship
    • Knowledge of financial models and budget preparation

    Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Experience in health & wellness with a background in anatomy or physiology AND sales experience preferred. Energetic, forward-thinking, team-oriented, compassionate, and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image. 

    Studio Hours: Monday-Saturday 9AM - 6PM (potential operating hours 7AM - 8PM)

    Compensation: Up to $25 Hourly (plus  commission) 

    Training: 2 weeks of training will be required. This includes a week in stretch training and a week in management training. Employees are paid during training and expenses covered.
