Additionally, Retail Zone Manager typically reports to top management. The Retail Zone Manager manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. The Position
We are looking for an enthusiastic Cannabis Dispensary Store Manager (SM) who will be responsible for the overall operations of our brand new Fairhaven, MA location. Responsibilities of this role include recruitment and management of staff, implementing and following standard operating procedures, scheduling, overseeing inventory operations and purchasing, compliance management, and all other tasks that arise in a dynamic retail environment.The Manager also works directly with the Executive team to develop sales objectives to maximize revenue, expand marketing and ensure good record keeping. The ideal candidate will have retail or hospitality management experience, be adaptable, proactive, strategic, empathetic, analytical and possess a genuine passion for delivering legendary customer experiences .
