Retail Zone Manager jobs in Petaluma, CA

Retail Zone Manager manages multiple regional managers within a geographic region. Adjusts sales goals and procedures as appropriate for each manager and store based on goals set for the whole zone. Being a Retail Zone Manager designs and recommends regional sales and marketing promotions and sets short- and long-term retail sales strategies for the zone. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Retail Zone Manager typically reports to top management. The Retail Zone Manager manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Retail Zone Manager typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     Responsibilities of an Assistant General Manager:
    • Introduces potential prospects to our methods and presents them with a program suitable and tailored for them.
    • Assists in the maintenance of our clients’ programs by providing weekly stretches for them.
    • Supports the work of the store General Manager (GM) and follows GM's direction regarding goals, scheduling, administrative tasks, and delivery of an outstanding customer experience.
    • Serves the Stretch Zone client base with excellent customer service, effective practitioner-assisted stretching techniques, and the creation of a long-term customer loyalty environment.
