Being a Retail Zone Manager designs and recommends regional sales and marketing promotions and sets short- and long-term retail sales strategies for the zone. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Retail Zone Manager typically reports to top management. The Retail Zone Manager manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. The Visual Zone Manager leads and oversees the implementation of visual merchandising standards for the Travel Essential stores. Successful outcomes include execution of company and brand standards, growing sales, and increasing engagement of our customers. Works in collaboration with several individuals and groups including Regional Director, platform General Managers, PLSC visual and merchandising teams, store operations team and others as needed.
