Retail Zone Manager jobs in Tallahassee, FL

This is a part time position of 28 hours a week.
Applicant must be able to work flexible hours - Tuesday through Friday between the hours of 11am to 5pm. Saturdays are required from 9am to 1pm.

Applicant must possess a valid license and reliable transportation to work at our various Tallahassee facilities.

Applicant must be willing and able to report to work at any time for emergency situations.

This job could possibly convert to a full time position in the future.

Duties include maintaining regular office hours, leasing/renting units, computer billing & bookkeeping, taking payments, collections and reports.

Starting pay for this position is $13.00/hour.

We are looking for a mature minded self-starter candidate with the ability to work unsupervised, has a background in management (or knowledge/willingness to learn). In addition this candidate should be internet savvy and proficient enough to promote the facilities through various advertising sources.

Must pass background check and have a valid driver's license.
Must be able to clean vacated storage units, keep property free of trash/litter and be able to do other light maintenance/miscellaneous duties.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds freely and have no prior health issues.
