Consistently provide excellent guest service by greeting and communicating with all guests in a professional, prompt, and courteous manner.

Quickly and accurately verify games and perform large cash transactions. Cross-train and perform all functions and tasks of the money room and floor.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Money Room

• Count and maintain inventory for all paper in the Money Room. Issue and return paper. Complete the required paperwork for all payouts.
• Issue and deposit cash banks. Total and reconcile cash prizes paid during each session. Balance within the policy guidelines.
• Verify the games and make payouts for bingos. Fill out and print required reports.
• Be responsible for working with the Bingo Supervisors to ensure all session paperwork is in order and accurate at the conclusion of each session.

Floor Worker

• Receive and verify cash bank, paper issued by the Money Room. Maintain a log of all Bingo paper sold for the day, with the ability to verify these games as they are won.
• Test all Bingo equipment before each session to ensure a well-run Bingo game. Professionally announce promotions and special programs.

Accurately perform Bingo payouts.

• Sell a variety of Bingo papers (specials) to guest.
• Verify winning cards and provide prompt and courteous service to all guests.
• Collect buy-ins and sell daubers at Admissions booth as guests arrive for Bingo sessions.
• Be responsible for balancing all money and packs and returning unsold items to the paper room.

Both

• Cross-train with the ability to perform all duties of a Floor Worker, Money Room Worker, Admissions Clerk, and Bingo Caller.
• Ensure an enjoyable entertainment experience for all guests by constantly interacting with and assisting guests as necessary.
• All other duties as assigned by the Bingo Supervisors or Manager.

Job Qualification s

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• A good understanding of Bingo positions with one to two years’ experience preferred.
• Accurate cash-handling experience and good mathematical skills required.
• Basic computer experience required.
• Ability to uphold complete confidentiality required.
• Must work well with people, possess excellent customer service skills and sensitivity to diverse cultures.
• Must possess strong oral and written communications skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain accuracy is required.
