Returns Manager is responsible for the entire returns process. Communicates the returns process with vendors, customers, and employees and manages employees involved in the returns process. Being a Returns Manager may require an associate degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Returns Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. We are looking for a hard-working and dedicated Returns Processing Associate to join our team. We provide a great working environment in a new clean facility. We offer a competitive pay with paid holidays, health insurance, and vacation time. Work hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm.
The most important aspect of this position is to perform all returns processes including receipts, dispositions, destructions, and delivery of inbound parcels.
