The Warranty and Returns Associate will be responsible for managing multiple tasks including the testing of car audio equipment, managing and cataloging inventory, and assisting the team with closing tasks.

Job Description

Day-to-Day tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Testing Car Audio Equipment
• Updating Inventory Records
• Processing of Returns and Refunds
• Organize and Palletize Inventory
• Keeping workspace Clean and Organized
• Abide by all company safety standards

Schedule

• Days of Operation: Monday-Saturday
• Some nights required

Job Type

• Full-time

Pay

• $20.00 per hour

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven experience in a technical or warranty related department
• Strong (very) computer skills with the ability to navigate through systems seamlessly (primarily google cloud based)
• Ability to continuously move/lift heavy products (50 pounds)
• Able to follow directions and perform tasks accurately and systematically
• High School Diploma
• Valid Driver’s License
