Oops Executive Returns Assistant
We’re hiring a full-time Executive Returns Assistant to govern the day-to-day management of what we do here at Oops. This is just about the most dynamic role you will find out there. You will be on the ground floor, working with our Warehouse Managers, Pickup Managers, and Executive Leadership to resolve customer-related issues that occur during any point of their experience, help with on-demand returns or pickups as needed, build out efficient warehouse processes, and be a right-hand person to our COO and President.

Your goal is simple: represent Oops in a positive light and help us be better in every aspect. It will be ambiguous at times, you’ll do work over all facets of the company, but you’ll make meaningful contributions to an early-stage start-up and build some pretty awesome relationships.

Responsibilities

• Ability to work 40 hours per week ($18-20/hr)
• Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and communicating any flaws in the customer experience
• Resolve any and all inbound customer care issues via online chat, email, and phone
• Consistently deliver an exceptional customer support experience
• Assist in recommending and developing standard operating procedures
• Observe and brainstorm ideas on how best we can improve the flow of our operations
• Maintain organization in the warehouse
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks
• Maintain consistent communication with other team members

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer-facing roles
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Someone who is friendly, casual, helpful, empathetic, understanding, sincere, and professional
• Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or in progress)
• Willing to be flexible with jobs that are done; no complaining, whining, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
