What Finance Operations contributes to Cardinal Health

Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets.

Finance Operations is responsible for the oversight and overall performance of the following core financial processes. This includes pricing administration, rebates, cash application, chargebacks, billing, accounts payable and employee travel & expense.

This position will require 1-2 days in office in Dublin, OH

Responsibilities:

• Oversee 2 Senior Analysts activities
• Weekly customer entry review/processing: returns on behalf of customer expired product
• Collect vendor payment for customer
• Review/validation of Select Vendor analysis: provide detail analysis for vendor returns.
• Preparation of monthly accounting reports
• Gather and prepare data for external auditing requests

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience (preferred)
• BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in management (preferred)
• MS Suite: excel, outlook, etc. (Preferred)
• 2-3 years Finance experience (preferred)
• third party returns experience (preferred)

Anticipated salary range: $65,500 to $93,000
