The Returns Coordinator is a central resource who is solely responsible for controlling and maintaining all tissue and devices returned from customers, including customer complaints and quality retrievals. Coordinates information with Customer Service, Accounting, Q/A, Processing, and Inventory Control. Coordinates related inventory (physically and electronically) with all distribution sites throughout the organization. This includes investigating and resolving all related discrepancies. Assists Inventory Control and Shipping Department with duties as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High School Diploma/GED
Years of Experience: 1 - 3 years
Other: Inventory control experience
Specialized Knowledge, Technical Skills, and Abilities:
Self-starter with excellent investigative skills and very detail oriented. Good computer skills in a Windows environment including Excel.

Years of Experience: 3 - 5 years
Other: Inventory Control/Shipping experience – experience in tissue banking or related field
Specialized Knowledge, Technical Skills, and Abilities:
Proficient in data entry, Microsoft Excel, Access and MRP software. Knowledge of human anatomy. Excellent organizational skills. Must have good attention to detail and must be able to read up to 14 digit numbers accurately.
