Returns Supervisor supervises the receipt of goods for return and coordinates return of goods to vendors. Handles defective, discontinued or recalled goods and destroys returned goods as appropriate. Being a Returns Supervisor ensures the returns process follows appropriate procedures and maintains documents as necessary. May require an associate degree or its equivalent. Additionally, Returns Supervisor typically reports to a manager. The Returns Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. We are looking for a full-time Supervisor to add to our Permanency team! All you need is an advanced degree in social work or comparable human service field, OR, a bachelor’s degree in social work or comparable human service field and four years’ experience in direct service or case management and BSRB licensure! We will teach you the rest!
A Day in The Life as a Supervisor
As a supervisor, you will oversee case managers and support workers who work with children and families so children can return to their families or be adopted. Supervisors work with court systems and case managers to ensure families are getting the supports and services they need to help children live happy and healthy lives.

We are looking for someone who is compassionate, has managerial skills and who wants to help staff build on their strengths to support families and children for healthy long-lasting relationships. We want someone who has a desire to help staff become strong advocates for children and their families!
