Returns Supervisor jobs in Wichita, KS

Watermark Books & Cafe in Wichita, KS is looking for one returns and receiving clerk to join our 25 person strong team. We are located on 4701 E. Douglas Ave.. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working. This job is a full-time position, working behind the scenes. We need someone who is organized and efficient, who is enthusiastic about books, and has a keen eye for data and details. Some retail and/or data entry background is encouraged. 

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Inventory Manager to receive new books into the store and return overstock books to the publishers. 
• Organize and unpack boxes arriving every weekday, type invoices into the POS system, keep close track of customer orders, and direct books out onto the shelves. 
• Manage shortages and damages, processing and reporting them each day.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working with data entry, or in retail. 
• Experience working with computers, POS or data organization systems. 
• Proficiency typing numbers using ten key. 
• Strong written, verbal, and overall communication skills. 
• Excellent multitasker able to work both independently and on a team.
