We service two different same-day pharmaceutical transportation companies. Due to growth, we are looking for one Full Time logistics/dispatcher employee who can work afternoon, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts. The person will assist other dispatchers, drivers, and customers with set-up and troubleshooting of same-day delivery services.
· Daylight shifts beginning at 7 am and end at 3pm
· Evening shifts begin at 3pm and end at 11pm
· Overnight shifts begin at 11pm and end at 7am
Duties:
· Responsible for the daily coordination of contract drivers to meet customer goals & expectations via multiple pieces of technology.
· Supports contract drivers during unforeseen events including but not limited to breakdowns, accidents, and weather delays.

Our current Logistics/dispatcher workers are all seasoned and stable therefore we are only looking for 1 person.
Duties may include:
· Responsible for the daily coordination of contract drivers to meet customer goals & expectations via multiple pieces of technology and verbal communication. Thorough monitoring and review of many pieces of customer and driver data to make sure all deliveries are completed to customer expectations.
· Supports contract drivers during unforeseen events including but not limited to breakdowns, accidents, and weather delays.
· Creates, reviews, and communicates reports at the end of the shift detailing shift activities.
Requirements:
This is full time, compensatory-time position offering a starting salary of $16.50 an hour for $34,320.00 per year. We have a thorough training program, excellent technology, and a great team of dedicated employees. Once the candidate completes training & meets daily work expectations this position does offer the opportunity to work remotely. Although weekends and overnights may initially seem undesirable, these are preferred shifts by our veteran dispatchers.
