Blackbaud is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager based remote. This individual will be responsible for executing, measuring and reporting on our sales team key performance indicators, managing sales team territories, providing sales support and driving overall operational excellence across the sales team.
Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively across sales and customer success teams to track, synthesize and report on performance metrics.
Lead meetings with sales leadership to explain the story the data is telling, recommend and align goals and account ownership/territory to maximize sales team productivity.
Support the annual sales planning process, territory design, quota allocation and sales team communication.
Drive operational excellence, data accuracy and overall continuous improvement across the sales organization.
Collaborate with leadership and those in revenue generating roles to ensure adherence to sales and renewals processes.
Conduct territory whitespace analysis to optimize sales territories for highest growth potential. Own processes for territory changes, identify process changes where necessary, improve, gather feedback, and implement process.
Establish ongoing sales and customer success performance analyses such as quarterly achievement trends to evaluate individual contributor behaviors and performance outcomes, etc.
Partner with Marketing and Product Marketing team to analyze pipeline funnel reporting and individual product sales performance.
Provide ad hoc analysis to support the Revenue Operations team.
Requirements:
5 years experience in data analysis, sales performance reporting and/or marketing analytics.
Hands-on work experience in designing and/or administering sales goals, territories and KPI Dashboards in Salesforce.com.
Strong problem-solving, critical/analytical thinking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication, experience presenting data insights and improvement recommendations.
Expert-level Excel skills and reporting experience in Salesforce.com required.
Experience using Qlik and Tableau a plus.
Experience working in a fast-growing, dynamic business environment; tech industry experience desired.

The starting base pay is $67,400.00 to $90,700.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, Company finances, and other operational considerations.Benefits Include:
