As Director, Revenue Operations you will own of the campaign revenue process and expert subject on data to support the development of resources. Owns the operational needs of multiple fundraising activities. Provides necessary resources to intra-departmental clients to provide an efficient & effective functional interaction among teams.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Data analysis & reporting:
• Track and analyze organic growth efforts from the campaign to meet organizational goals.
• Prepare reports to support all revenue efforts, campaigns, special events, sponsorships, etc.
• Create Quality control processes to ensure data quality in all reports.
• Collaborate with accounting staff to reconcile campaign and other revenue data.
• Ensure monthly review of G/L to present correct representation of pledges and collections.
Data gathering process:
• Support organizational needs related to campaign donations using Andar technologies. Guide to compile and safeguard all support documentation.
• Responsible for electronic campaigns and ensured managed in accordance with pre-determined procedures.
• Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of national campaigns and ascertain that Development Professionals are aware of details of the national campaigns. Maintains an appropriate listing of national campaign processing by entity, i.e. United Way Worldwide, other United Way’s, and third-party processors.
Campaign Process Owner:
• Guides Development Professionals regarding corporate and individual relationships, timing of revenue acquisition, and other necessary revenue recognition support.
• Meet and coordinate with Development Professionals, Business Solutions, and other internal service providers, as appropriate, to ensure the effective flow of the campaign process.

QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
Experience Requirements: Three to five years’ experience in data management or process/project management.
Technology Requirements: Knowledge of modern web browsers , intermediate Word and Excel, advanced Outlook.
Other Essential Knowledge/Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, particularly adept at handling sensitive issues; ability to work under pressure and pay attention to detail. Spanish language not a requirement but helpful.
