The Epic Revenue Cycle Program Director will be responsible for leading and overseeing the revenue cycle management processes within Prime Healthcare. This role includes implementing, maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to ensure a seamless financial operation. Additionally, this position will collaborate with CBOs, corporate finance departments, IT teams and healthcare providers to drive performance improvements to achieve financial goals. This position will be responsible for overseeing a team of Epic revenue cycle analysts, providing leadership and guidance.
