Revenue Accounting Director is responsible for the development and direction of revenue cycle management operations for the organization that optimize the patient financial interaction along the care continuum. Develops strategies to optimize operations and to ensure sufficient cash flow. Being a Revenue Accounting Director establishes targets, policies, and internal controls that will drive improvements and efficiencies in overall service revenue capture and collection. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and responsiveness to changes in requirements. Additionally, Revenue Accounting Director coordinates with stakeholders across the organization to drive optimal financial performance. Requires a bachelor's degree. May require Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Typically reports to the cfo or top management. The Revenue Accounting Director manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. Responsibilities
The Epic Revenue Cycle Program Director will be responsible for leading and overseeing the revenue cycle management processes within Prime Healthcare. This role includes implementing, maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to ensure a seamless financial operation. Additionally, this position will collaborate with CBOs, corporate finance departments, IT teams and healthcare providers to drive performance improvements to achieve financial goals. This position will be responsible for overseeing a team of Epic revenue cycle analysts, providing leadership and guidance.

Qualifications
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in revenue cycle management, with a focus on Epic EHR.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare billing, coding, and reimbursement processes.
- Proven experience leading successful Epic EHR implementations and optimizations for large Health systems.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Epic certifications in Hospital Billing and Professional Billing.
- Master’s degree in healthcare administration or business.
- PMP Certification.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $125,632.00 to $188,448.00 on an annualized basis. The compensation estimate noted above is specific to California and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
