Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Answer phone and direct call accordingly
• Greet clients and address situation
• Maintain appointment and task schedules along with completion confirmations
• Collate and distribute mail
• File/scan records for various bookkeepers
• Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
• Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports & other correspondence
• Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping
• Pull time clock info and compare to reported time
• Process payroll and maintain payroll records
• Calculate and process payroll tax payments by established deadlines
• Process Quarterly and Annual payroll reports
• Process W-2’s
• Education and Experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Work in office environment 3 years (Required)
• Associate degree in business /accounting (Preferred)
• Bookkeeping: 1-3 year (Required)
• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop (Required)
• Solid data entry skills (Required)
• Strong communication skills (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
