Revenue Accounting Director is responsible for the development and direction of revenue cycle management operations for the organization that optimize the patient financial interaction along the care continuum. Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and responsiveness to changes in requirements. Additionally, Revenue Accounting Director coordinates with stakeholders across the organization to drive optimal financial performance. Requires a bachelor's degree.     A reputable, fast-growth hotel management company is recruiting a Director of Finance (“DOF”) for one of its most acclaimed and profitable resort properties in rural Oklahoma. This top-notch, multi-outlet corporate, golf and leisure resort is highly ranked. The Director of Finance will operate and lead a team of 4-5 accounting/finance staff at the resort, which boasts 4-5 outlets and a heavy focus on regional corporate retreats. 

    Role Scope:
    •    Effectively manage and communicate cash flow related issues, as required to management and ownership.
    •    Accurate and timely preparation of cash-flow statements, management of receivables, cash balances, control mechanisms and timely deposits of all funds.
    •    Monitor hotel revenues and expenses and ensure the accurate recording with established guidelines.
    •    Investigate and critique variances to budget or to prior year and offer practical improvement strategies to management.
    •    Monitor the capital planning process by assisting management with calculation of return on capital improvements, gathering support and monitoring the bid process, and evaluating scope of work and specifications.
    •    Ensure Hotels’ compliance on all regulatory licenses and permits, leases, contracts, legal agreements, and the proper execution of all operational taxes.
    •    Support management with enforcing compliance on all accounting and finance items.
    •    Coordinate the completion of all forecasts and budgets as required, with the full and active participation of EC Team and department managers.
    •    Analyze data/operations to assist and advise management in maintaining the Hotels’ financial objectives.
    •    Ensure that all balance sheet accounts, including bank reconciliations are reconciled on a timely basis.
    •    Establish and continually audit all internal financial controls including purchasing, cash handling, disbursements, credit extension, inventories, hotel assets, master keys, payroll, and employee records.
    •    Direct and/or prepare all financial reports in accordance with requirements meeting various due dates and deadlines.

    Experience/Requirements:
    •    BS Degree is required
    •    10 years of experience in hotel accounting/finance
    •    Resort niche experience is highly preferred
    •    Strong PMS/property systems preferred
    •    MS Excel skills
    •    Some management training is required
    •    Sense of ownership, an operational knack for success and an eye for numbers
    •    Sound, sensible management/leadership skills and attitude
    •    Should hold a sense of accountability to owners, asset management and operator
    •    Must have ability to help follow branding and marketing adjustments as needed

    Compensation:
    •    $120,000 – $130,000 base salary (depending on experience!)
    •    Up to 35% annual target bonus possible
    •    Excellent benefits, 401k, PTO etc.
    •    Some relocation available
