Revenue Accounting Director jobs in Twin Falls, ID

Job Summary: RAM Enterprise, Inc. is a fast-paced, high energy, rapidly growing provider of quality products and services to the bulk materials handling and industrial construction industries in multiple states. We are looking for a hardworking, experienced professional to serve as an Accounting Clerk in support of our Accounting team at our Elko location, providing services to multiple facilities. This is an hourly, non-exempt position reporting directly to the Accounting Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare customer invoices and reconcile to project work ups and other costings reports.
• Work with RAM team members and customers to resolve any discrepancies.
• Assist with customer inquiries and collection efforts.
• Scan, Import and Process vendor bills in the accounting system.
• Route Accounts Payable documents to appropriate management for review and approval.
• Review vendor statements and work with vendors to resolve issues.
• Handle Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable related phone calls.
• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Specialists as back up.
• Promote safety as the company’s number one priority
• Support, promote, and participate in SPADE (Safe People Always Determine Excellence) program.
• Comply with all policies and procedures in the RAM Enterprise employee handbook.
• Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and company information
• Other responsibilities as assigned by leadership

Requirements:

• Intermediate to advanced computer skills and the ability to effectively use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experience with fully integrated ERP systems and automated approval processes
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Have the flexibility to handle multiple administrative tasks
• Be an excellent team player with a flexible and open attitude
• Exhibit strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrate the ability to develop and sustain positive working relationships with customers, suppliers, and the RAM team
• Effective written and oral communication skills, and strong interpersonal skill
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
• Ability to comply with all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook
• Acumatica ERP system experience is a plus
• Some accounting education preferred

Work Environment:

• Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work
• Regular office environment expectations
