Implements specialized oil and gas software to optimize accounting operations. Additionally, Revenue Accounting Manager possesses experience and knowledge of accounting practices that are specific to the oil and gas industry. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The Revenue Accounting Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. Large independent gastroenterology practice in the beautiful mountains of western North Carolina is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to manage all revenue cycle operations. This position will direct and oversee policies, objectives, and initiatives to optimize patient financial interaction, accelerate cash flow and optimize revenue streams in accordance with contracts and regulations.
The Revenue Cycle Manager will manage and drive all aspects of the revenue cycle including claims submission, contracting & credentialing, and collection of patient responsibility. This person will be responsible for a team with significant experience that has been driving up collections each month since inception. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who displays excellent project management skills and is results oriented, has expertise in Revenue Cycle Management, and is energized by establishing visibility and metrics around Revenue Cycle Management.
