Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
• Direct multiple billing and collection
• Monthly financial statement and account analysis
• Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and guidelines
• Achieve budgeting goals with proper scheduling and analysis
• Prepare annual operating plan
• Manage the plant budgeting process

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• A/R and A/P
• GAAP knowledge
• Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting.
• ERP systems
• Proven experience as a Controller or similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience with balance sheet reconciliation, debits/credits, and general ledger accounting
• Detail and deadline-oriented
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to work under pressure
