Revenue Accounting Manager jobs in New London, CT

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:

• Works with the property marketing teams to develop and execute yielding strategy and analytics for MGE properties
• Work with individual properties to create hotel revenue and occupancy budget
• Develops and executes processes and models to maximize the total profitability of the hotels room inventory through the manipulation of pricing, availability and market mix based on the competitive environment
• Create and present hotel pacing reports for multiple properties
• Responsible for the operation of automation tools (i.e. Duetto)
• Provide hotel forecast for Casino and Transient segments when applicable.
• Maintains and evaluates web channel content including up-sell strategies
• Assist in the evaluation, analysis and recommendation of hotel segmentation
• Alerts appropriate management team when defined thresholds have been exceeded and require management intervention
• Participates in regular and ad hoc meetings for the purpose of reviewing event and hotel criteria with the Marketing executive team and other key stakeholders

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Consistently explore and generate additional performance metrics
• Assists with the execution of revenue management best practices throughout the organization
• Assists MGE in the evaluation of business development opportunities and the implementation of revenue management best practices
