Revenue Accounting Manager jobs in Phoenix, AZ

The Assistant Corporate Controller will be responsible for the Company’s revenue recognition and other technical accounting areas. The Assistant Corporate Controller will also drive accounting process improvement initiatives to help increase annual revenue. This position will report to the Corporate Controller.

What you will do:
 

• Oversee order-to-cash, AR reserves, revenue accounting and revenue-related cash accounting.
• Work cross functionally with revenue cycle management.

• Subject matter expert pertaining to business combinations, joint venture accounting, equity, debt, and physician compensation.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies.

• Lead projects focused on accounting implementations and process redesign.

• Partners with Revenue Cycle Management on revenue matters.

To be successful in this role you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA preferred

• Healthcare revenue recognition experience required

• Superior prioritization and project management skills

• Ability to work cross functionally to drive process changes

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
