• 3 years of medical billing experience
• 3 years of revenue cycle management experience
• A deep understanding of insurance follow-up
• Familiarity with timely filing restrictions, CCI edits, and the appeals process
• Knowledge of healthcare industry terminology
• Strong problem-solving skills
• A reliable commute or a plan to relocate before starting
