NEWLY CREATED POSITION
Premier Health Associates is the region’s largest primary care based, multi-specialty
medical group providing our communities with excellent patient care at 15 locations throughout Sussex, Warren and Pike Counties. This full-time position is being added to expand our team of top performers and will report to our Billing Manager.
Duties to include:
-Audit and ensure accuracy of charge capture, claims submission, follow-up, denials, and underpayment management
-Analyze and optimize A/R management and collections
-Assist Billing Office personnel with posting and denial management as needed
-Assist to monitor, educate and improve aspects of the front desk revenue cycle including insurance entry and verification, registration, authorizations, copay and balance collection
-Project work related in changing corporate, healthcare, legal environment, and others as needed
-Assist in development and implementation of corporate and office policy and procedures for revenue cycle management
-Manage corporate coding compliance audits
-Assist Billing workload, management, training, and planning as needed
