Title: Revenue Analyst

Pay: $40-50/hr.

Hello! A reputable services company in Conshohocken is looking to add 2-3 Revenue Analysts to their team who will be completing analysis on invoices for cash on hand/invoices that are not within an ERP system, reconciling the invoices and preparing for the invoices to then be billed within their systems. This company recently made a few acquisitions and they have a ton of cash on hand that is not tied to any invoices within their system. The hiring manager for this role is very pleasant to work with and extremely flexible. This company is also known for treating their employees very well and about 65% of their management team is internally promoted. Please see below for a list of qualifications and responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Analyze Accounts receivable and billing invoices
• Reconcile invoice/billing data
• Operate within and analyze manual Excel data files with 30,000 lines of data
• Prepare billing data to be invoiced
• Analyze bank credit and working capital for retail cash solutions business unit

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or economics
• 3 years of experience within U.S. GAAP in an organization with multiple locations that is $200 in revenue (can be in accounting OR finance)
• 3 years of experience creating pivot tables, vlookups, formulas and data manipulations and with data sets of 30,000 lines of data within Microsoft Excel
• 1 years of experience with billing and invoicing
• 3 years of experience within an ERP

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience with financial analysis or corporate accounting work within a retail organization
